Jay is presently co-founder at Herald. Herald sets up teams to serve customers first. It’s the best space for teams to collect, analyze, and collaborate on user feedback.
Jay most recently founded and managed the team that improved Uber’s incident response times by an order-of-magnitude. Prior to that, he was a core engineer for VMWare Log Insight (early at Pattern Insight, then VMWare). Jay completed his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
